Discount Market Rent (DMR) and London Living Rent (LLR) are initiatives that allow Greystar to offer our high-style apartments to rent at a discount to the market price. Are you eligible?
To qualify, you must have a maximum household income of £60,000 and complete our referencing process. Priority will also be given to those already living in the London borough of Croydon and for LLR to those with a maximum household income of £67,000. All DMR and LLR apartments are unfurnished.
